Taking MDCT-DE along with digoxin (Lanoxin) might increase the effects of digoxin (Lanoxin) and lead to an irregular heartbeat. 

 Diltiazem (Cardizem, Dilacor, Tiazac)
Taking MDCT-DE along with diltiazem (Cardizem, Dilacor, Tiazac) might decrease the effectiveness of diltiazem.

 Verapamil (Calan, Covera, Isoptin, Verelan) 
Taking MDCT-DE along with Verapamil (Calan, Covera, Isoptin, Verelan) might decrease the effectiveness of Verapamil (Calan, Covera, Isoptin, Verelan) .

● Cyclosporin (Neoral, Sandimmune) 
MDCT-DE might decrease how quickly the liver breaks down cyclosporin (Neoral, Sandimmune). Taking MDCT-DE might increase the effects and side effects of this medication. 

● Medications changed by the liver (Cytochrome P450 2C8 (CYP2C8) substrates) 
Taking MDCT-DE along with these medications that are changed by the liver might increase the effects and side effects of your medication. Some medications that are changed by the liver include paclitaxel (Taxol), rosiglitazone (Avandia), amiodarone (Cordarone), docetaxel (Taxotere), repaglinide (Prandin), verapamil (Calan, Isoptin, Verelan), and others.

 Medications changed by the liver (Cytochrome P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) substrates)

 Medications that can harm the liver (Hepatotoxic drugs)  
Might increase the effects and side effects of medications that can harm the liver (Hepatotoxic drugs). Some medications that can harm the liver include acetaminophen (Tylenol and others), amiodarone (Cordarone), carbamazepine (Tegretol), isoniazid (INH), methotrexate (Rheumatrex), methyldopa (Aldomet), fluconazole (Diflucan), itraconazole (Sporanox), erythromycin (Erythrocin, Ilosone, others), phenytoin (Dilantin) , lovastatin (Mevacor), pravastatin (Pravachol), simvastatin (Zocor), and many others.
