● Isoniazid (Nydrazid, INH)       
DECC-TMC might reduce how much isoniazid (Nydrazid, INH) the body absorbs. This might decrease how well isoniazid (Nydrazid, INH) works. Don't take DECC-TMC if you take isoniazid (Nydrazid, INH).

 Medications used for HIV/AIDS (Non-Nucleoside Reverse Transcriptase Inhibitors (NNRTIs)
The body breaks down medications used for HIV/AIDS to get rid of them. DECC-TMC can increase how fast the body breaks down some medication for HIV/AIDS. Taking DECC-TMC along with some medications used for HIV/AIDS might decrease the effectiveness of some medications used for HIV/AIDS.Some of these medications used for HIV/AIDS include nevirapine (Viramune), delavirdine (Rescriptor), and efavirenz (Sustiva).

 Saquinavir (Fortovase, Invirase) 
The body breaks down saquinavir (Fortovase, Invirase) to get rid of it. DECC-TMC might increase how quickly the body breaks down saquinavir. Taking DECC-TMC along with saquinavir (Fortovase, Invirase) might decrease the effectiveness of saquinavir (Fortovase, Invirase).

● Medications for mental conditions (Antipsychotic drugs)
Taking DECC-TMC along with medications for mental conditions might decrease the effectiveness of some medications for mental conditions.Some medications for mental conditions include chlorpromazine (Thorazine), clozapine (Clozaril), fluphenazine (Prolixin), haloperidol (Haldol), olanzapine (Zyprexa), perphenazine (Trilafon), prochlorperazine (Compazine), quetiapine (Seroquel), risperidone (Risperdal), thioridazine (Mellaril), thiothixene (Navane), and others.

 Medications used for Parkinson's disease (Dopamine agonists)
Taking DECC-TMC with these medications might increase the effects and side effects of some medications used for Parkinson's disease. Some medications used for Parkinson's disease include bromocriptine (Parlodel), levodopa (Dopar, component of Sinemet), pramipexole (Mirapex), ropinirole (Requip), and others.

 Metoclopramide (Reglan)
Taking DECC-TMC along with metoclopramide might decrease the effectiveness of metoclopramide (Reglan).

● Medications changed by the liver (Glucuronidated Drugs)
The body breaks down some medications to get rid of them. The liver helps break down these medications. Taking DECC-TMC might affect how well the liver breaks down drugs. This could increase or decrease how well some of these medications work.Some of these medications changed by the liver include acetaminophen, atorvastatin (Lipitor), diazepam (Valium), digoxin, entacapone (Comtan), estrogen, irinotecan (Camptosar), lamotrigine (Lamictal), lorazepam (Ativan), lovastatin (Mevacor), meprobamate, morphine, oxazepam (Serax), and others.

● Medications used for lowering cholesterol (Statins)
Theoretically, DECC-TMC might change the levels of some medications used for lowering cholesterol (statins). This could increase or decrease how well these medications work.Some medications used for lowering cholesterol include atorvastatin (Lipitor), fluvastatin (Lescol), lovastatin (Mevacor), pravastatin (Pravachol), and rosuvastatin (Crestor).

 Medications for diabetes (Antidiabetes drugs)
Taking DECC-TMC along with diabetes medications might cause your blood sugar to go too low. Monitor your blood sugar closely. The dose of your diabetes medication might need to be changed. Some medications used for diabetes include glimepiride (Amaryl), glyburide (DiaBeta, Glynase PresTab, Micronase), insulin, pioglitazone (Actos), rosiglitazone (Avandia), chlorpropamide (Diabinese), glipizide (Glucotrol), tolbutamide (Orinase), and others.

 Medications that slow blood clotting (Anticoagulant / Antiplatelet drugs)
Taking DECC-TMC along with medications that also slow clotting might increase the chances of bruising and bleeding.Some medications that slow blood clotting include aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), diclofenac (Voltaren, Cataflam, others), ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, others), naproxen (Anaprox, Naprosyn, others), dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, warfarin (Coumadin), and others.
   
 Medications used for high blood pressure (Alpha-adrenergic antagonists)
Might decrease the effectiveness of some medications used for high blood pressure.Some of these medications used for high blood pressure include doxazosin (Cardura), terazosin (Hytrin), and others.

 Stimulant Medications (Alpha-adrenergic agonists)
Taking DECC-TMC with stimulant medications might cause too much stimulation. This might make the blood pressure go too high or the heart beat too fast.Some of these stimulant medications include pseudoephedrine (Sudafed, others), ephedrine, phenylpropanolamine, and others.

 Medications for inflammation (Corticosteroids)
Taking DECC-TMC along with some medications for inflammation might decrease potassium in the body too much.Some medications for inflammation include dexamethasone (Decadron), hydrocortisone (Cortef), methylprednisolone (Medrol), prednisone (Deltasone), and others.

● Medications changed by the liver (Cytochrome P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) substrates) 
Taking DECC-TMC along with some medications that are changed by the liver might increase the effects and side effects of some medications. Some of these medications that are changed by the liver include clozapine (Clozaril), cyclobenzaprine (Flexeril), fluvoxamine (Luvox), haloperidol (Haldol), imipramine (Tofranil), mexiletine (Mexitil), olanzapine (Zyprexa), pentazocine (Talwin), propranolol (Inderal), tacrine (Cognex), theophylline, zileuton (Zyflo), zolmitriptan (Zomig), and others.

 Medications changed by the liver (Cytochrome P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) substrates)
Some medications are changed and broken down by the liver. DECC-TMC might decrease how quickly the liver breaks down some medications. Taking DECC-TMC along with some medications that are broken down by the liver can increase the effects and side effects of some medications. Some medications changed by the liver include lovastatin (Mevacor), ketoconazole (Nizoral), itraconazole (Sporanox), fexofenadine (Allegra), triazolam (Halcion), and many others.
